Yummy Recipes

Simple recipes for the family
I love to cook. Lately, I've been shooting for more healthy choices, using more vegetables in my everyday cooking. Every now and then I come up with something new and delicious.

Chicken Teriyaki Patties
Quick and Easy
1 package ground chicken
1 large green onion, chopped
Lawry's Teriyaki with pineapple juice
1/4  cup soy sauce, low sodium
1 tablespoon minced garlic
black pepper
Mix together, create patties
Glaze skillet with Olive oil, when hot add patties. While cooking glaze patties with Lawry's teriyaki sauce (both sides). Turn heat down to make sure patties are fully cooked. Once done, remove from skillet.
Vegetables-marinade in Lawry's teriyaki sauce while cooking patties
1/2 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, sliced
6 mushrooms, whole
Rinse skillet, add a teaspoon olive oil, when hot add vegetables, cook until done.
Serve patties and vegetables with salad (balsamic/oil oil dressing).
